
John Erickson, Founder and Executive Chairman of RLTV, developed the network to empower mature adults by providing them with programming that is not only entertaining, but also inspiring and educational. In addition to RLTV, Erickson was the founder, chair, and CEO of Erickson Living (formerly Erickson Retirement Communities), a position he held for almost three decades. Erickson is also the founder of The Erickson Tribune, a rapidly growing monthly newspaper with a circulation of nearly 500,000 readers.
President and CEOIn his role as President and CEO of RLTV, Paul FitzPatrick leads the company’s day-to-day activities, as well as developing and implementing plans for future growth. Prior to joining RLTV, FitzPatrick was Executive Vice President of RHI Entertainment (formerly Hallmark Entertainment). In addition, FitzPatrick served for 7 years as COO and interim CEO of Crown Media Holdings, which owns and operates Hallmark Channels.
Since the early 1980s, FitzPatrick has served as President and COO of The Weather Channel and C-SPAN. He was also COO of The Golf Channel and founder and CEO of News Talk Television. Prior to his cable television career, FitzPatrick was editor-in-chief and COO of Titsch Publishing and worked in the United States Senate and House of Representatives, as well as in the White House Office of Telecommunications Policy.
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF Affiliate Sales and Corporate DevelopmentPatrick Baldwin, SVP of Affiliate Sales and Corporate Development, is responsible for overseeing all distribution and corporate development efforts for RLTV.
Having worked and lived in London, Paris, and Sydney, Baldwin brings national and international corporate strategy development, revenue optimization, sales, and negotiating experience to America’s first network dedicated to serving people over 50. He has a B.S. from The University of Maryland and MBAs from Columbia University and London Business School.
As a result of his numerous accomplishments at RLTV, Baldwin was recognized by Multichannel News as one of the “40 Under 40” list of most influential executives in the cable industry.
Vice President of Advertising SalesAs VP of Advertising Sales at RLTV, Gig Barton is responsible for developing revenue relationships with advertisers and agencies for the network. Before coming to RLTV, Barton advised media and technology companies as president of his own firm, Stickles Road Consulting. He has over 23 years of experience in cable and radio sales including several years as EVP of Sales for Court TV Network.
Vice President of affiliate relations & distributionAs the VP of Affiliate Relations & Distribution, Betsy Brightman focuses on securing linear carriage with cable and satellite operators for the network. Prior to RLTV, Brightman was Senior Vice President of Sales Operations for Gemstar-TV Guide International, where she oversaw all affiliate sales activities and operations with cable divisions, regions, systems and regional multiple system operators (MSOs) in the United States.
Senior Vice President of Marketing AND COMMUNICATIONSE.J. Conlin is the SVP of Marketing for RLTV. She is responsible for developing marketing and communications strategies for the network. Before RLTV, Conlin served as the Vice President of Consumer Marketing for the National Geographic Channel, and prior to that, spent 11 years in the field of affiliate marketing at Disney and ESPN Media Networks.
Senior Vice President of FinanceAs RLTV’s SVPof Finance, Roy Ennis oversees budgeting, financial reporting, and financial planning and analysis for the network. Prior to joining RLTV, Ennis was Senior Vice President of Production Finance & Operations for National Geographic Television. For over seven years he was responsible for their production finance, production operations, and strategic planning.
senior vice president of advertising salesHanna Gryncwajg, SVP of Advertising Sales, is responsible for all advertising sales, content creation and strategic sales opportunities for RLTV as well as related multi-platform sales operations. Prior to joining RLTV, Gryncwajg, a media veteran, served as Chief Revenue Officer at Plum TV, where she led revenue strategies for the business, built the national sales infrastructure and developed multiplatform sales solutions for blue-chip advertisers. Gryncwajg’s career experience encompasses leadership roles in strategic planning, revenue growth, integrated sales, sales operations, business development, forecasting/modeling, and brand integration for NBC Universal Cable Group (Bravo), Rainbow Networks (AMC and WE tv), and the Turner Broadcasting System (TBS and TNT).
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF Programming and ProductionElliot Jacobson is SVP of Programming and Production for RLTV. Responsible for the design and execution of the network's programming strategy, Jacobson oversees the development and production of all original programming, as well as the network’s acquisition, scheduling and digital media teams. He has been instrumental in developing key talent relationships (Walter Cronkite, Florence Henderson) and co-pro partnerships (AARP, NBC, AAA and US News & World Report) for the network, and launched NBC's "Meet the Press" on RLTV — the first time the perennial news flagship has aired outside of NBC Universal.
An award-winning producer and director, Jacobson has written and produced both factual and scripted shows, commercials, and the feature films Coyote and Sally and Mickey. He served as Vice President of Development and Production for Mallorca Entertainment, Production Executive for Hap Dong Communications, and head of Media Development and Production operations for Laureate Education, Inc.
VICE PRESIDENT of OperationsJonathan Lee, as VP of Operations, is responsible for RLTV's enterprise systems and operational infrastructure including Broadcast Operations and IT. In addition, he also leads the RLTV Digital Media team. Lee brings in-depth knowledge of online publishing platforms and applications and has been promoted from a number of positions at RLTV, including Director of Programming Operations and, most recently, Senior Director of Finance Operations. Prior to RLTV, Lee held positions as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Laureate Education, Director of Production Operations at Canter, and Senior Revenue Executive at Danka Kodak.
