BALTIMORE – July 27, 2011 – RLTV is pleased to announce that Hanna Gryncwajg has joined their advertising sales team as Senior Vice President. In this role, Gryncwajg is responsible for all advertising sales, content creation and strategic sales opportunities for RLTV and RL.TV as well as related sales operations.

“Hanna is a dynamic and visionary executive with experience in sales and marketing initiatives for leading cable programmers and emerging media networks. Her ability to help us maximize advertising sales opportunities and develop fully integrated initiatives for RLTV is going to be an important component of our continuing growth,” says Paul FitzPatrick, RLTV President and COO.

Prior to joining RLTV, Ms. Gryncwajg, a media veteran, served as Chief Revenue Officer at Plum TV, where she led revenue strategies for the business, built the national sales infrastructure and developed multiplatform sales solutions for blue chip advertisers, which included custom programming and integration programs.

Ms. Gryncwajg’s career experience encompasses leadership roles in strategic planning, revenue growth, integrated sales, sales operations, business development, forecasting/modeling, and brand integration for NBC Universal Cable Group (Bravo), Rainbow Networks (AMC and WE tv), and the Turner Broadcasting Group (TBS and TNT). In many of these positions, Ms. Gryncwajg was directly responsible for leading strategic sales units, building ad sales infrastructures, and pioneering branded integration opportunities for ad sales.

Ms. Gryncwajg’s background also includes building successful digital businesses for emerging media start-ups. For example, she opened the NY offices of Technorati, and introduced their conversational marketing solutions (social media) to the advertising marketplace. At OnSpot Digital Network, she revamped the sales organization and developed integrated sales solutions for this new medium.

In addition to her involvement in various industry organizations, Hanna also holds a “Green Belt”, an honor and award of General Electric's (GE) “Six Sigma” total quality training and development program.
