From creating tasty cuisine to planning exotic travel to preparing the seasonal garden and mastering handy home updates, RLTV’s holiday programming lineup offers viewers the tools they need to start summer on the right track.
RLTV’s Spring Into Summer marathon will include programming from five popular series, including:
Stanley on the Go – (5/25 – 5/27 from 1-3 PM and 5/25 from 8 PM – 2 AM) - RLTV’s irrepressible travel adventurer Stanley Siegel offers viewers expert travel tips, must-see locations, and insights into the best food, sights and other hidden gems as he crisscrosses the globe exploring exotic international destinations as well as national treasures.
A Taste of History – (5/25 and 5/27 – 11 AM – 1 PM; 5/26 from 8 PM – 2 AM) - This four-time Emmy Award-winning series, hosted by chef Walter Staib, brings to life America’s vibrant and flavorful history, revisiting our country’s founding and its founders through the food they ate and the recipes they prepared.
Who’s Cooking with Florence – (5/26 from 11 AM – 1 PM; 5/27 from 8 PM – 2 AM) Beloved television icon Florence Henderson stirs up good times and good food with a parade of celebrities including Robert Wagner, Marie Osmond, Joe Montegna, and Virginia Madsen in RLTV’s original series, Who’s Cooking with Florence Henderson. To add a healthy and delicious twist, they work alongside celebrated chef Govind Armstrong to reinvent healthier versions of their favorite culinary classics.
The Victory Garden (5/25 – 5/27 from 3-5 PM) – The longest-running gardening show on television, The Victory Garden with host Michael Weishan features interviews with top gardening professionals, provides practical advice, design tips, and recipes to help viewers get the most from their garden.
Home Again with Bob Vila (5/25-5/27 from 5-7 PM) – America’s favorite home contractor, Bob Vila visits residential and commercial construction sites and restorations from San Francisco to Miami to New England and offers practical suggestions that help homeowners realign resources and layouts to meet the evolving needs of modern lifestyles.
