RLTV’s PRESIDENT, PAUL FITZPATRICK, NAMED CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

BALTIMORE – February 3, 2012 – RLTV, the only cable network that provides consumers with information and entertainment to help Redefine Life after 50, today announced that Paul FitzPatrick, its President and Chief Operating Officer since November 2010, has been named Chief Executive Officer, effective as of January 1, 2012. FitzPatrick takes over from RLTV Founder John Erickson, who will continue his role as Executive Chairman.

Before joining RLTV as a Senior Strategic Consultant in September 2010, Paul FitzPatrick was Executive Vice President of RHI Entertainment (formerly Hallmark Entertainment). Immediately prior to joining RHI, FitzPatrick served for seven years as COO and then interim CEO of Crown Media Holdings, which owns and operates Hallmark Channels. Since the early to mid 1980s, FitzPatrick has served as COO of The Golf Channel, The Weather Channel and C-SPAN, where he was a member of its board and executive committee. In addition, he founded and served as CEO of NewsTalk Television with the backing of key cable MSO, programming and publishing companies.

Prior to his cable programming career, FitzPatrick held top business and editorial leadership positions in magazine and newspaper publishing. In addition, his early career included seven years of public policy and political work in the United States Senate, House of Representatives and the Executive Office of the President.
