September 7, 2012, Baltimore, MD -- Stacey Simmons has been named Director of Marketing at RLTV, the only cable network designed and built for the 50+ audience. In this position, Simmons will be responsible for ad sales marketing, affiliate marketing as well as development of sales research messaging and materials. She will be based in RLTV’s New York office.
Simmons most recently was Director of Affiliate Marketing at TV One, a post she left in fall 2010 to attend graduate business school full time. At TV One, Simmons planned and developed campaigns and promotions to grow brand awareness, promote tune-in, and drive the purchase of digital cable products; led strategic plan development, execution and analysis of Video on Demand; managed the Affiliate Rewards Program, established and cultivated relationships with cable providers and oversaw the affiliate media budget.

Conlin.
Before joining the cable industry in 2004, Simmons was Associate Director of Admissions at Trinity College in Washington, DC. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the University of Virginia.
Simmons has been an active member of NAMIC, the National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications, serving as the Vice President and Chair of Programming and Events as well as Treasurer for the Mid-Atlantic Chapter. She has also participated in in the L. Patrick Mellon Mentorship Program and served as a judge for CTAM’s Mark Awards.
