18th Century America was a volatile time for colonist and Native Americans. On two occasions, Native Americans devastated and displaced for their loyalties and/or land. Chef Staib cooks Cornmeal Fried Catfish, Stuffed Squash, Maple Baked Beans and Corn and Cranberry Pancakes in honor of the first Americans.
