My Generation, co-hosted by Greg Williams and Cynthia Steele Vance, is a lively half-hour lifestyle magazine series with nationally known experts who share helpful information from serious to sublime. The major areas of health, money, relationships, entertainment, volunteering and getting the most out of life will be combined with inspiring profiles of individuals who make a difference by giving back and connecting with others.
Perhaps you first met Greg Williams when you heard his persuasive voice narrating specials for National Geographic, or as a spokesman for the U.S. Postal Service. Or you might have encountered his performance as a detective on HBO's hit series The Wire. A former sports anchor, with a degree in broadcast communications, Mr. Williams is a recipient of one of his industry's highest honors, the prestigious Communicator Award.
Cynthia Steele Vance is equally at home in newsrooms as she is in the boardrooms of some of Washington, D.C.'s most active cultural and educational institutions. She is a trustee of George Washington University and a board member for WETA, the leading public broadcasting station in the nation's capital. Cynthia has worked as an anchor for Fox News in both Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. and has covered local and national stories as a reporter for NBC, ABC, and PBS affiliates. Cynthia was also the host of BusinessNow, which was distributed by ABC NewsOne, as well as a correspondent and commentator on Larry King Live. A multiple Emmy award nominee, Cynthia is a recipient of Pennsylvania's Associated Press Broadcaster's Award.
