LIGHT BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE
Makes 8 servings (serving size = 2 tablespoons)
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar (aged brands work best)
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup water
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
In a jar or container with a screw-on lid, combine the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, water, mustard, honey, and garlic powder. Screw on the lid and shake the container vigorously until everything is well combined.
TIP: You can store the dressing in the refrigerator in the same container you prepped it in. Just shake the container vigorously before each use to mix the ingredients.
