Paulie DiMeo’s Holiday Brussels Sprouts

“I love Brussels sprouts!  What’s great about this dish is that it stands up to time. I can cook them in the morning and serve them later in the day. They’re great at room temperature. Best part, they are good for you!!!”

2 pounds Brussels sprouts
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
2-3 cloves chopped garlic
Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven 450°
  2. Cut Brussels sprouts in half, vertically, down the flower
  3. Mix olive oil with chopped garlic, salt and pepper
  4. Spread evenly on a baking pan lined with parchment  
  5. Cook 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until toasty

Serve right away or put aside and serve at room temperature.
