Summer Fruit Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup cantaloupe, chopped
  • 1 cup honeydew melon, chopped
  • 1 cup mango, chopped
  • 2 plum tomatoes, chopped
  • ½ red onion, chopped
  • 2 Jalapeno pepper, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh Lime Juice
  • Grilled or Sauteed Seafood, Fish or Chicken

Method:

  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir gently.
  • Chill for at least 1 hour.
  • Grill or saute your protein
  • Garnish with Fruit salsa and serve immediately
